Which documents do you support?

South African smart ID cards and green ID books, with passports and driver's licences supported for reading and face match.

Can a photo or video of someone fool it?

Guided liveness uses random challenges and timing, and certified liveness adds a dedicated anti-spoofing check. Printouts, screens and replays are flagged.
