Monthly invoice and custom terms.

Prices exclude 15% VAT. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months; trial credits for 30 days. The earliest-expiring credits are used first.

We charge only for completed checks. A "no match" or "not live" result is still charged, because the check ran.
No charge for errors on our side or our providers' side, for invalid requests, or for calls that were rate-limited.
Liveness is charged once per session, when you first fetch the result. Starting a session needs a balance of at least 1.60 credits but costs nothing. Abandoned sessions are free, and fetching the same result again is free.
Home Affairs checks are charged only when we get a conclusive answer.
Sandbox (test) keys never use credits.
If your balance is too low for a check, the API refuses it with code insufficient_credits and shows your balance.
